Heartfelt Ministries, previously Heartfelt Wedding Ceremonies, was founded in
February 2007. Rev. Zita joined HM a year later in 2008 because the demand in
Central Wisconsin for personalized, flexible wedding ceremonies was more than
Rev. Kelly could handle alone. In 2010, the name changed to Heartfelt
Ministries to better reflect all the services offered, but their specialty is
still those flexible, personalized wedding ceremonies.
Rev. Kelly founded Heartfelt Ministries because of her own wedding in 1997.
Then, Rev. Kelly was unaware of anyone offering the services she offers today.
The choices appeared to be a church wedding (and all that entailed) or a civil
ceremony in front of a judge. Since the church wedding did not suit Rev. Kelly
or her husband, they opted for the civil ceremony in front of the judge. The
judge was nice and friendly, but the ceremony was short and cold, not personal
at all.
Fast forward to 2006, when Rev. Kelly found the Universal Life Church and
Universal Ministries; the open and accepting nature of these churches and their
support of individual beliefs was exactly how Rev. Kelly felt that religion,
beliefs, and life's ceremonies should be. Based on the same philosophies, Rev.
Kelly started performing wedding ceremonies and offering Central Wisconsin
couples the option she did not have.
Rev. Zita joined in 2008 to help fill the demand for these ceremonies in
Central Wisconsin. She has over 20 years studying the religions of the world,
their rituals and ceremonies.
In, 2011, Heartfelt Ministries expanded again to include Rev. Tamara Blecker. Rev. Tamara is ordained through Healing Angles' Network and holds a degree in metaphysics.
Rev. Kelly, Rev. Zita, and Rev. Tamara all love what they do and think that being a part of Heartfelt Ministries is the best job in the world.
We love your officiant services and portfolio. What sets you apart from all the
other officiants out there?
Heartfelt Ministries will work with you to deliver a wedding ceremony
that is perfect for you. Rev. Kelly and Rev. Zita will work closely with you to
help you tell your story, express your love for and dedication to each other,
and incorporate family traditions. If you are unsure where to start, do not
worry. Heartfelt Ministries will send you examples, ideas, and suggestions that
will help you build your wedding ceremony. In addition Heartfelt Ministries
will show you options on how to use the samples and what can be done with them.
Like a good friend, Rev. Kelly and Rev. Zita will walk you through the whole process of becoming married from obtaining the marriage license, through the processional and recessional, to applying for your certified copies of your license to be able to change your name and officially notify the organizations that need to know you are married, such as your bank or insurance company.
To commemorate your day, we give you the book we use in your ceremony. This contains every word said, so you will never forget the romantic, heartfelt words said about your relationship. This is printed on handmade, tree-free, and acid-free paper unlike anything you have felt before and perfect for framing or scrap-booking.
This sounds so wonderful, but it also sounds expensive. Are we going to be able to afford this?
Yes! Your ceremony should be the centerpiece of your wedding day and should focus on the two of you joining your lives together in marriage. Your ceremony should create priceless memories that will carry you back to when you were married and how special and touching that day was to you.
So, think about your wedding day and how you would like to make your ceremony unique and special to the two of you. Then contact us to schedule your Get Acquainted meeting to discuss how we can work together to create those memories.
Who do you work best with?

You will benefit best from working with Heartfelt Ministries
if you want a wedding ceremony that takes both of you into consideration, if
you want your wedding ceremony to be the highlight of your day, and if you
believe that the words spoken on your wedding day are important. If you know
what you want but are unsure how to get there or if you fit this profile but do
not know where to begin, you will benefit from working with us.
Who is not going to benefit from your services?
We love what we do and we would love to say that everyone could benefit from working with Heartfelt Ministries. We want to help couples create a wedding ceremony that celebrates their story.
If you are chronically skeptical and do not understand the value of a custom created wedding ceremony that focuses on you and your love for each other, then you probably will not benefit from our services. If you think you fit in this category that is OK. Search your hearts about what is important to you about your wedding day. You must know and believe that you deserve to give yourself and each other the gift of a custom wedding ceremony to get the most from Rev. Kelly's and Rev. Zita's expertise.
Will I lose control of our wedding if you are our officiant?
Absolutely not! Heartfelt Ministries works hard to listen to you and learn what you want from your ceremony then incorporate it for you. You are only limited by your creativity. A great officiant takes what you are feeling in your hearts and puts that into words for you.
Do you have back up?

Yes. Rev. Kelly and Rev. Zita work closely with you so that
in an emergency situation either one can perform your wedding ceremony. Starting the fall of 2011, Rev. Tamara will also be able to serve as back up to your wedding ceremony, giving you a doubly secure day.
Please keep in mind that while the back plans are in place, they have never been implemented on a wedding day, ever! These are only activated in extreme emergency and are not entered into lightly.
Will you work with the vendors that we hire?
Of course, we work well with others and would love to work with the wonderful vendors you have found to make your wedding day special. If you are looking for a vendor and are not sure where to turn, let us know. We would be happy to recommend someone we have worked with before that we know will do a great job for you.
Do you take credit cards? Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover in addition to checks, money orders, and cash. Our services are set up to help make affording them easy and fit into your wedding budget.
This sounds like everything we have been looking for. What happens next to start the process of hiring Heartfelt Ministries for our wedding day?
The next step is to contact us to schedule your Get Acquainted meeting.
We have a couple more questions. Can I call you?
Yes, in fact we encourage you to contact us and schedule your Get Acquainted meeting so that we can dedicate time just for you and any questions or concerns you may have.
